Why this year's fall can be your best time to buy a home?
Get a lower home price– Often home prices in the fall are lower than prices in the spring and summer. There are fewer people in the market to buy a new home which results in lower home prices.
Get a great deal – Home sellers whose house are on the market in the fall often need to sell the home and not just want to sell it. Sellers don’t want their house on the market for a long time or into the new year. There is a good chance you will be able to negotiate a better deal.
Get more attention from your agent – Realtors often have fewer clients and therefore more time for you during the fall season. You receive more individualized attention, quicker responses and more flexibility in scheduling showings from your agent.
Get better interest rates – Interest rates have gone back down from earlier in the year and it may just be the right time to lock in these low interest rates by buying a home!
